Records holds what your practices have written down about you. Conditions, medicines, allergies, vaccines, procedures, results, visits, and any documents they've shared. It's one page, and all of it came from a practice you're connected to.

Your health summary sits at the top: the short version of what your practices hold. Anything you're allergic to leads it, under Allergies: show this to any practitioner, because that's the part worth handing over in a waiting room. Taking now and Being treated for follow, and the date of your last visit closes it.

Under that sit the categories, each with a count, so Medicines or Results takes you straight there and Everything brings you back.

The summary first, then a category for each kind of record.

If your records are locked

Two things can stand between you and this page, and the page says which.

No records yet means no practice is connected to you at all. Connect a practice takes you to My practices, where you can add one.

Verify your ID to see your records means something different: you're connected, but for appointments only. Booking a visit online connects you far enough to book, and no further. Practices file what they record under your ID number, so Practor asks for yours before opening any of it.

Booking online connects you far enough to book, and no further.

Verify ID starts that. It asks for your ID or passport number, exactly as the practice has it written down. Match it and Verified. Your records and invoices from this practice are now available. comes back.

Waiting on more than one practice? There's a button for each, named, so you unlock them one at a time. Unlock full history on the practice in My practices is the same check, if you'd rather start there.

Search and filter the list

The search box takes a name or a practice. Under it sit All practices and All time, which narrow the list by where a record came from and roughly when. They work together.

Any row opens where it sits, so you keep your place instead of losing the list. Long lists load a stretch at a time, behind a button that says how many more there are.

If a search finds nothing, Clear search and filters puts everything back.

Documents

Letters, referrals and reports arrive under Documents. Anything you haven't opened has a New label, and the page counts them for you at the top.

Each names the practice that shared it, the day it arrived and how big the file is. Open reads it in a new tab. Open one in full and you can Download a copy.

Results

Results holds readings and lab values. One appears here only after your practitioner has finished writing up the visit it belongs to. A test that's been taken but not yet signed off isn't there, which is why a result can exist at the lab before it exists here.

If something you expect is missing

Practices choose what they share, and Practor shows you what they chose. A practice can hold a record and not put it here.

Practor withholds nothing of its own. The page says so at the foot of the list: if something's missing, ask the practice that treated you for it directly. Who can see your records covers the other direction, which is who can reach yours and the log of who has.
